Complaints Policy and Procedures

Removal of Content depicting a person

If you appear in any content and want it removed, send a request to [email protected], including:

1. A sample or screenshot of the content;
2. A valid ID to prove your identity;
3. A short description of where the content is located.

Procedure

1. Our team will review your request. Additional information may be requested.
2. The content uploader may be contacted to verify age and consent documentation.
3. A final decision will be made: the content will either be removed or no further action will be taken.
4. You may appeal the decision by providing new facts. The case will be escalated to a neutral reviewer, and their final decision will be applied.

All claims are resolved within 3 business days after complete information is received.

Unauthorized Content

If you believe that any published content violates the platform’s policies or should not be online, you may:

1. Use the “Report” button linked to the content;
2. Or email [email protected], providing:

1. The name of the model or user;
2. Date and time of the content;
3. A clear explanation of your concern;
4. Screenshots or links, if available.

Process

1. Our team will review your report and may request more information.
2. The content is immediately hidden while under review.
3. A decision will be made: content will be removed or made visible again.
4. If you disagree, you may submit a new complaint with additional details.

All claims are resolved within 3 business days after complete information is received.

Content Copyright Infringement

If your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please email [email protected] with:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email;
2. Description of the copyrighted material;
3. A direct link or clear location of the infringing content;
4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Process

1. The claim is reviewed and may be followed up with further questions.
2. A final decision is made: the content will be removed, or no further action will be taken.

Resolution within 3 business days once all information is received. Appeals are not available.

Content Infringement Counter-Notice

If your content was removed but you believe it did not violate any copyright or that you were authorized to use it, send a counter-notice to [email protected], including:

1. Your contact details and signature;
2. The previously removed content and its location;
3. Explanation of why the content should be restored;
4. A statement that you are authorized to use the content or believe no infringement occurred.

The team will review and decide whether the content can be restored.

All counter-notices are resolved within 3 business days. Appeals are not available.

Record Keeping

A log of all complaints is maintained by ASG DIGITAL LTD, including:

1. Details of the complaint;
2. Action taken and resolution date;
3. Confirmation of notification to the complainant.

Personal data is anonymized during the archiving process. All complaint records are stored securely and kept confidential.
